Golf Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Golf Operations Assistant to join our team at Floridian National Golf Club. As a key member of our golf operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, while ensuring the smooth operation of our golf facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head Golf Pro in coordinating daily golf operations, including communicating with staff and managing schedules.
  • Help develop and manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and ensure compliance with club rules and regulations.
  • Supervise and train Outside Services employees, including caddies, valets, and range attendants.
  • Conduct individual and group golf lessons, clinics, and tournaments, while maintaining accurate records and enforcing golf rules and regulations.
  • Assist with merchandise selection, inventory management, and POS system monitoring.
  • Represent Floridian National Golf Club at local, state, and national golf events, with approval from the Director of Golf.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in PGA GPTP Program.
  • Prior experience as an Assistant Golf Professional.
  • College Degree (Preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage staff and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn new software.
