About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing top-notch sales support and product knowledge. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Gap Inc.'s products to customers, utilizing your expertise to provide personalized recommendations and drive sales revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our merchandise assortment, store promotions, and events to effectively engage with customers and meet their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a visually appealing shopping environment.
What You'll Do
  • Become an expert on the brand's selling behaviors, leveraging this knowledge to deliver a premium customer experience.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers, locating merchandise efficiently and answering questions quickly and accurately.
  • Offer style and outfit suggestions to customers, utilizing mannequins and displays for inspiration.
  • Promote loyalty programs to educate customers and drive repeat business.
  • Leverage omni-channel offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, checkout, and back-of-house processes as required.

  • A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, always learning and open to feedback.
  • Able to handle customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
  • Able to learn procedural knowledge acquired through on-the-job training.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
