Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Avanti Residential LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize emergency repairs and services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of experience in property management maintenance required.
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience required.
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, appliance, heating, air-conditioning, and other areas of repair required.
  • EPA Certification Type II or universal required.
  • At or within 1 year of hire, have a certificate/license with CAMT required.
  • At or within 6 months of hire, have certificate/licenses with OSHA and CPO required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Budget knowledge and basic computer skills.
  • Pass criminal background screening prior to employment.
