We are seeking a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Charleston, WV office. Our team primarily handles estate planning, administration of trusts and estates, and business transactions.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, answers to complaints, discovery requests, and notices of hearing.
- Prepare deeds and sales listing forms.
- Conduct legal research using the internet and IDX.
- Communicate with clients on behalf of the attorney and Circuit and County Clerks.
- Prepare billing cover letters for invoices.
