Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Optimal Wireless. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing outstanding service to customers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt and courteous interactions
* Strive to retain and gain customers by offering personalized solutions and promoting loyalty programs
* Participate in outside sales events or promotions to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth
* Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays to accommodate customer needs
Requirements:
* Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer service
* Proficient use of PC software, preferably Microsoft Office
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and work in a dynamic environment
* Bilingual skills are highly desirable
* Availability to work standard 20/40-hour work week with shifts varying from day to evening
* Positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
Estimated Salary: $16-$18 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.
