Sales Representative Position

Optimal Wireless is seeking a skilled Wireless Services Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to our customers while delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Wireless Services Consultant, you will be responsible for selling wireless phones, service plans, and accessories, as well as delivering outstanding customer service. You will also participate in outside sales events or promotions, work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and perform daily opening and closing procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining store appearance and creating a positive working environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have minimum one year retail experience in sales or customer service, as well as minimum one year experience handling cash transactions. You should also be proficient in using PC software, such as MS Office, and able to lift 25lbs. Furthermore, being bilingual is highly desirable. Our ideal candidate will be positive and energetic, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $16-$21 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays. In addition, you will receive benefits, including flexible scheduling, which allows you to balance your work and personal life.
