Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Coordinator to join our team at Scanlan Int'l. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of orders, inventory, and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pull and package orders accurately and efficiently, working closely with Customer Service to meet deadlines.
  • Run the Manifest System with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Fulfill Literature and Sample requests, preparing materials for delivery and maintaining stock levels.
  • Restock shipping and mailing supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
  • Assist with mail pickup and delivery, ensuring timely and secure transportation of mail and packages.
  • Support the Warehouse/Receiving Department, completing receiving tasks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the security and safety of our facilities.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving tasks.
  • Experience with maintenance duties, such as painting and repairs.
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills and basic math understanding.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds alone or with assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with UPS/postage Manifest system.
  • Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse setting with moderate noise levels due to equipment usage.
