Key Responsibilities- Pull and package orders accurately and efficiently, working closely with Customer Service to meet deadlines.
- Run the Manifest System with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Fulfill Literature and Sample requests, preparing materials for delivery and maintaining stock levels.
- Restock shipping and mailing supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
- Assist with mail pickup and delivery, ensuring timely and secure transportation of mail and packages.
- Support the Warehouse/Receiving Department, completing receiving tasks and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the security and safety of our facilities.
- High school graduate or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving tasks.
- Experience with maintenance duties, such as painting and repairs.
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills and basic math understanding.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds alone or with assistance.
- Experience with UPS/postage Manifest system.
- Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
The work environment is a warehouse setting with moderate noise levels due to equipment usage.
