Job Title: Project Implementation Manager - Brewery

Ecolab's Water for Climate program is seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Manager to join our team in Harrisonburg, VA. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with the Ecolab Water for Climate program manager, dedicated expert team, and field sales teams to support Ecolab brewery clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute EWC roadmap projects, including preparing implementation schedules, leading and coordinating projects, and documenting delays and root causes.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing quarterly projects overviews, communicating project progress, and supporting invoicing.
  • Manage and direct resources, including managing necessary support from breweries, Ecolab resources, and external partners, and raising issues and participating in exploring solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as STEM, chemical or mechanical engineering, food technology, or related education.
  • 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management experience and PMP certification.
  • Affinity with food and beverage processing, technical knowledge of breweries, and quality management experience.
  • Clear communication skills to internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
  • Organized and able to work in a structured way, reporting in a transparent manner.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and deliver results on time.
