Job Description

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled Project Implementation Manager to join our Water for Climate Implementation team. As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with our Ecolab Water for Climate (EWC) program manager, EWC dedicated expert team, and Food & Beverage and Nalco Water field sales teams to support our brewery clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute EWC roadmap projects, including preparing implementation schedules, leading and coordinating projects, and documenting delays and root causes.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including preparing quarterly projects overviews, communicating project progress, and supporting invoicing.
  • Manage and direct resources, including managing necessary support from breweries, Ecolab resources, and external partner resources, and signing off on projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as STEM, chemical or mechanical engineering, food technology, or related education.
  • 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management experience, including PMP certification.
  • Affinity with food and beverage processing, technical knowledge of breweries, and quality management experience.
  • Clear communication skills, including written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
  • Organized and able to work in a structured way, reporting progress transparently.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, managing and coordinating projects with vendors, Ecolab employees, and customer employees.
