Office Administrator

Ganahl Lumber Northridge is experiencing significant transformations as we enhance our current lumber yard and establish a new facility. Core Responsibilities:

  • Handling cash transactions and managing register operations
  • Collecting and processing tickets across various departments, ensuring accuracy
  • Overseeing the flow of paperwork throughout the yard
  • Processing MRM's into Credit Memos
  • Preparing financial deposits
  • Reconciling daily transactions
  • Preparing COD transactions for accounting processing
  • Updating inventory records in the system
  • Engaging with customers and the sales team via phone
  • Ordering supplies for store and operations
  • Organizing and maintaining a clean office environment
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
  • Generating reports for open orders and conducting investigations

We are looking for a candidate who comprehends our systems and procedures. The successful applicant will have a proven history of achieving excellent results in documentation, meeting deadlines, and proficiency in both Excel and Microsoft Word.
