- Associate's degree in electronic, biomedical engineering, or a related field
- 7 years of experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair in a healthcare technology setting
- Supervisory, management, or lead Biomedical Equipment/Healthcare Technology Management experience with mentorship capability
- Experience effectively repairing, maintaining, and calibrating clinical devices such as General Biomed, OR, Lab, Respiratory, Vital Signs, and Patient Monitoring
- Proactive thinking skills to troubleshoot
- Strong customer service skills to provide world-class service to healthcare customers
