Job Title: Biomedical Equipment Technician 2

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician 2 to join our team at Faith Regional Health Services in Norfolk, Nebraska. As a Biomedical Equipment Technician 2, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and calibrating a comprehensive range of clinical equipment, devices, systems, and instruments.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate clinical equipment, devices, systems, and instruments
  • Participate in and conduct on-the-job training programs regarding technical, administrative, and customer service requirements
  • Work under the supervision of the Account Manager/Site Supervisor and other senior technicians
  • Make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience repairing, maintaining, and calibrating medical devices independently
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Ability to make decisions regarding troubleshooting and repairing medical devices
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
