  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of products to guarantee that all shipments comply with company quality standards.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments, such as sales and customer support, to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
  • Record Keeping: Keep precise documentation of inventory status, service requests, and completed assignments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in warehouse management and/or technical service roles.
  • Strong technical proficiency with a background in product installation, repair, and maintenance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
