Job Title: Customer Solutions Manager

Join Datagration, a leading provider of data solutions for the Oil and Gas industry, as a Customer Solutions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing data solutions that address customer challenges in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and test data solutions that meet customer needs
  • Work with a dynamic team of Petroleum Engineers, Data Analysts, and Software Engineers to build and deliver data solutions
  • Conduct technical and functional discussions with customers to gather requirements and build solutions
  • Build and configure workflows, visualizations, and dashboards using Power BI
  • Work with data engineers, data ingestion specialists, and subject matter experts to standardize methodologies
Requirements:
  • Highly proficient in a customer-facing environment involving project planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of complex solutions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in petroleum engineering
  • Knowledge in Geological Modelling, Reservoir Simulation & Production Modelling (Petrel, Eclipse, Prosper, GAP)
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas Data Systems (Aries, P2, etc)
  • Knowledge in IT and higher-level programming languages
  • Scripting/Programming Experience (e.g. Python, SQL, etc)
  • Power BI Tooling (Dashboards, Visualization)
  • Strong Project Management background/skill
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
