Job Summary

Serves as the primary point of contact for guests at a Navy Gateway Inn and Suites and/or Navy Lodge property, handling all aspects of their stay, including special requests and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Accommodate special requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process reservations and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements

Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
