Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Process food orders accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible service to our guests.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
