Position Summary
As a Seasonal Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our retail environment. Collaborating closely with the Operations Lead, your responsibilities will include managing in-store inventory, performing regular audits, and upholding visual merchandising standards to align with company policies. In addition to operational duties, you will engage with customers, promote a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to meeting sales objectives. Your commitment to operational excellence will enhance the customer experience and support the overall success of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Visual Merchandising
- Process customer transactions accurately to ensure a smooth experience in an omni-channel environment.
- Efficiently manage returns, exchanges, and warranties in line with company protocols.
- Maintain visual standards by verifying display pricing and promotions while monitoring inventory performance metrics.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to uphold accuracy and inventory levels.
- Support all front and back-of-house procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Receive and document incoming and outgoing inventory shipments with precision.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for improving daily store operations.
Sales Performance
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product range to assist customers effectively.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through a customer-focused approach and in-depth product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to sales metrics.
- Utilize company resources and strategies to support overall sales goals.
Customer Engagement
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized shopping experiences.
- Work with the store team to cultivate a strong clientele and encourage brand loyalty.
- Participate in store events to enhance community engagement and brand visibility.
- Welcome customers warmly, creating an inviting shopping environment.
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry that complements their personal style.
- Gather and implement customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail experience; jewelry experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management systems.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
