The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Enterprise Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the regional enterprise market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with regional enterprise customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within these organizations.
  • Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Solutions/Technology experts, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5-7+ years' experience using a solution-based sales methodology for enterprise technology services in a consultative, complex, business-line sales process.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills, as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong business acumen and expert knowledge of Lumen's products, services, and solutions.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location-based pay ranges are as follows: $58,360 in SC, $64,500 - $102,380 in NC. Specific offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
