Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the location
  • Assist with training, scheduling, and coaching all new and current associates
  • Facilitate one-on-one meetings with the team and monthly Strut meetings
  • Create daily, weekly, or monthly goals and motivate the team to achieve them
  • Handle guest or associate issues that may arise when the Center Manager is not present
  • Assist the Center Manager with payroll, guest refunds, schedules, inventory, or any other assigned tasks
Requirements:
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including morning, evening, and weekends
  • Ability to problem solve and have strong organizational skills
  • Ability to achieve sales goals and motivate those around you
  • Ability to give, receive, and implement feedback
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft programs and email etiquette
  • Passion for the beauty industry and making others look and feel gorgeous
