Job Summary

The Case Management Services Assistant Program Director is responsible for overseeing the development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the CRS and IPT programs, as well as CTS, ICPC, OCS, TOJ, and Education Services. This role involves monitoring subcontractor services, contract compliance, and evaluation, as well as managing services at all FSS locations, including community sites. The Assistant Program Director serves as the central point of contact for the Support Services Department and represents the Agency in the community by participating in collaborative coalitions and organizations to address critical issues related to promoting safe and stable families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of IPT and CRS programs, as well as OCS, ICPC, CTS, and Education Services
  • Monitoring of subcontracted providers
  • Attending required case staffing's, trainings, meetings, and other events
  • Maintaining program fidelity through case consultations, policy reviews, training needs, audits, and corrective action plans
  • Creating and implementing new programs to enhance and expand current services
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services from an accredited college or university
  • At least five years of supervision and management experience of direct service personnel and community programs serving high-risk children and families and/or child abuse prevention
  • Experience in community-based services programs
  • Familiarity with Pasco and Pinellas Counties, Department of Children and Families, and other community-based service providers
  • Valid driver's license and current or previous Child Welfare Certification
