The Opportunity


Our client, a prominent global manufacturer, is seeking a Value Stream Manager for their operations.


This role is pivotal in overseeing the management of multiple assembly lines, which encompass various processes including sheet metal fabrication, copper assembly, electrical box pre-assembly, and the logistics of finished goods.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning production capacity and workforce requirements
  • Creating and implementing training programs for associates
  • Ensuring adherence to 5S methodologies on the shop floor

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years in production or manufacturing environments
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing principles, including Lean methodologies and build-to-order/batch processing
  • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
