Job OverviewPosition Title: Quality Control Specialist

We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist to enhance our operations. Your key duties will encompass performing quality inspections on components manufactured by various production equipment, ensuring that all customer-specific quality checks are fulfilled, and executing quality assessments following production processes. You will play a crucial role in recognizing potential risks associated with processes and products, proposing enhancements, and guaranteeing adherence to all operational guidelines and hygiene protocols.

In collaboration with department heads, shift leaders, production teams, customer service, corporate engineering, and clients, you will tackle quality-related challenges in production and participate in the innovation and development of new products. Your contributions will be vital in overseeing package development and ensuring the quality of all manufactured components. Furthermore, you will verify that all products comply with both company and customer standards, uphold quality working practices, and empower team members to address and resolve food safety concerns.
