The Stembridge - Salient Agency is in search of a dedicated and board certified/board eligible ENT Specialist to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our community.
This esteemed medical institution is recognized as the most extensive healthcare provider in the region, operating multiple facilities that include hospitals, urgent care centers, and specialized medical services. Our organization is committed to offering a wide range of healthcare services, including but not limited to, cardiology, oncology, trauma care, and surgical services.
Position Overview:
- Full-time employment opportunity
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- Shared on-call responsibilities
- Hospital-based role

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the relevant state
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and effectively communicate with referring physicians to ensure high-quality patient care
- Committed to excellence in service, safety, process enhancement, program development, and team collaboration
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of fostering a positive and innovative work environment
