Coalition Technologies is a dynamic and growing organization seeking an experienced Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position involves managing and recording all financial transactions, including expenses and receipts. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for cost reduction.

In this role, you will work closely with our accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting deadlines and achieving goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who can take ownership of their work, provide excellent customer service, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Record and manage all financial transactions, including expenses, receipts, and invoices
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax laws and accounting standards

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and tax laws
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and cloud-based accounting software
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
