Financial Services Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an administrative assistant with bookkeeping experience. This opportunity allows someone looking to begin their career in accounting to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
- Download bank feeds into QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support senior accountants and the finance team with various tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (QuickBooks, CFS, Ultratax).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
