Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about enhancing the communication abilities of students in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough assessments of students' speech and language capabilities.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment strategies to support communication challenges.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving students' speech and language skills.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as necessary.
  • Engage in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
