About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at SGI Europe. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and receive a personalized shopping experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Maintain a high level of merchandising standards, ensuring that our store displays are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and market developments, ensuring that our customers receive the most relevant and accurate information.
  • Follow all operational procedures, including stock management, cash handling, and customer transactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is an asset, but not required.
