Bar Traza Host Job Description

At Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, we are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bar Traza Host to join our team. As a Bar Traza Host, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Assist guests with table assignments, menu recommendations, and other requests.
  • Ensure that all areas of the lounge are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work effectively with the server team to ensure seamless service.
  • Utilize Open Table to track reservations and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front-line position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to use touchscreen and keypad.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
