Job Title: Vice President of Support Services

Overview:

This position will lead and develop strategic initiatives in key operational service areas, ensuring the delivery of exceptional senior housing experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to senior leaders in areas such as culinary, facilities management, resident care, and human resources.
  • Develop and execute plans to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency across operations.
  • Oversee the organization's support services, directing and coordinating activities to achieve established goals and objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, presenting suggestions to the COO for consideration.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations and negotiations to ensure product relevance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Review monthly financial statements, summarizing results for the COO and ownership groups to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Group to develop and manage metrics and analytics, implementing revenue enhancements and cost control tools.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of competitor service offerings.
  • Contribute to the annual operations budget process, working with Accounting, Finance, and Division leaders.
  • Coordinate vendors and seek synergies to eliminate redundancies.
  • Engage with other operating company department ambassadors to support support services.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in a Senior Living or related leadership role with budgetary, financial, and hospitality responsibilities.
