**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at The Crossings at Carlsbad, a JC Golf property. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving artisan craft cocktails and beverages to our restaurant/bar guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Extend a courteous and friendly greeting to guests as they arrive and thank them as they depart.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company beverage lines, drink recipes, and prices.

• Provide expertly crafted cocktails and other beverages to guests, cocktail waitresses, and servers.

• Maintain adequate stock of beverages and bar supplies, in accordance with established pars.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum one year experience in a similar role.

• Highly skilled in beverage mixing, inventory, and glass types and uses.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of quality and service standards.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
