The Senior Tax Manager position is a pivotal leadership role within the Strategic Industries – Tax and Transaction Services Service Line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements, ensuring meticulous planning and management of tax advisory, compliance, and accounting projects while delivering exceptional service.
- Develop and mentor a team of tax professionals and subject matter experts, focusing on complex multi-jurisdictional matters for various entity types, including corporate partnerships and S-Corps.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing superior service with an emphasis on business taxation.
- Foster and sustain client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in tax and accounting, preferably within a distinguished national public accounting firm or consulting organization.
- Preferred credentials include CPA or EA licensure.
- Experience in business taxation across sectors such as healthcare, non-profit, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution is beneficial.
- A strong commitment to client-focused work, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking, and a genuine passion for client service.
