Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rental Service Coordinator to join our team at REIC SPECIALTY, LLC. As a key member of our rental operations team, you will be responsible for managing rental shop administrative activities, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the rental operations team, including data management, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Rental Asset Management: Track and manage rental assets, including vehicles, equipment, and supplies, to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate logistics and transportation of equipment and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, tracking equipment and supplies, and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on rental operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in rental operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: General understanding of mechanical and technical tools, as well as language and technical specifications.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to variable temperatures and weather conditions. The incumbent must be able to climb ladders and stairs, and work in a warehouse environment with high levels of periodic noise, electrical hazards, dust, and unpleasant odors.
