Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Establish and implement safety programs aligned with company values
  • Manage day-to-day business operations to achieve budgeted targets
  • Develop and oversee branch operations, including new and used equipment, rental, service, parts, and transportation
  • Manage internal and external property and systems installations and repairs
  • Provide support and direction to sales and sales support teams
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement new or improve existing processes
  • Measure and analyze employee performance and operational metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in materials handling operations
  • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience
  • Capable of financial acumen
  • Proven experience with customer-driven roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
