About the Job
FIFTEEN WEST is seeking an experienced Managing Partner to lead our US business to new heights. This is a high-level role that requires someone with proven leadership experience, a strong industrial background, and high-level sales capability. If you are a driven individual with a passion for leadership and a desire to scale teams and operations, then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a growing team, drive performance, and ensure continual development of all staff.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and performance.
- Build and maintain high-level client relationships and drive retained sales across North America.
- Take ownership of individual and team billings, leading by example and setting high standards.

What We Offer
The salary for this role is $200k–$250k, with performance-based bonuses. You will also gain access to share options with the highest level of EMI, and enjoy a hybrid or onsite working model based in New York or Chicago.
