Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated North America Business Expansion Executive to drive growth in the Private Equity market across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the territory
- Establish a consistent and efficient working pattern and cadence to yield remarkable results
- Deliver unparalleled prospect experiences that exceed market standards
- Conduct thorough analyses of customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Guide and direct a high-performance team to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Provide compelling product demonstrations that resonate with customers and build trust
- Maintain accurate forecasts and manage opportunities across active and nurturing pipelines
Requirements:
- A full-time role with flexibility to work according to the territory's requirements (entire North America)
- Based in our expanding FiDi New York Office
- Superior organizational skills to manage a massive territory with thousands of targets
- Expertise in researching various data sources to prepare for prospect calls/demonstrations
- Exceptional verbal communication skills that capture attention during sales interactions
- Acute listening skills to promptly identify customer pain points and maintain a customer-centric approach
- Calm and authoritative objection handling abilities during sales engagements
- A steely determination to be the top performer in this space
Compensation:
$90,000 - $130,000 per year, dependent on experience
