New York, New York, United States Amplience Full time
Senior Marketing Manager Role Overview

At Amplience, we're changing the way brands and retailers connect with their customers. Our bold aim requires a dynamic team and a unique approach to marketing, customer success, and industry disruption. We seek individuals who can bring their skills, experience, and character to our global team, fostering growth, learning, and success. As part of our team, you'll be a steward of the business, contributing to our mission through care, commitment, and conviction.

Amplifying Marketing Initiatives

As the Senior Marketing Manager, North America, you'll lead regional marketing strategy and execution across the United States. You'll take an equally strategic and hands-on approach, collaborating closely with sales teams to ensure seamless integration and shared goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, creating integrated campaigns, and driving pipeline growth. You'll also oversee demand generation activities, analyze pipeline performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates. Additionally, you'll partner with other regional teams to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your work will be at the forefront of driving our go-to-market initiatives, supporting revenue targets, and delivering high-quality leads and performance reporting.

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry, with a focus on North America. You'll have demonstrated ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives. Strong collaboration skills are essential, particularly with sales teams, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals. Experience in partner marketing is also desirable, with the ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs. You'll have excellent analytical skills, interpreting complex data and making data-driven decisions. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Benefits and Compensation

At Amplience, we value our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just a paycheck. Our compensation includes a US base salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. This position offers a flexible work environment, with up to 10% travel required to meet with clients, attend tradeshows and conferences, and participate in work-related events. Some international travel may be necessary. Amplience fosters a culture where ideas and decisions from all people help us grow, innovate, create, and stay relevant in a rapidly changing world. We're committed to providing a safe and secure work environment, adhering to the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance.
