This position is responsible for providing direct support to clients and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the program. As a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, you will collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective treatment and support clients in achieving their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with client intakes and discharges, orienting new clients to the facility and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct regular room checks, searches, and personal searches to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Participate in scheduled rounds and maintain open communication with clients and staff.
  • Support clients in accessing community resources, maintaining prescribed medication, and developing independent living skills.
  • Provide effective crisis intervention and support team members during challenging situations.
  • Prepare and facilitate groups as assigned, promoting a safe and supportive environment for clients.
  • Manage program operations to ensure clients feel safe and secure, including household chores and visitation hours.
  • Administer drug and alcohol screenings, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with CCAPP or equivalent, or willingness to become registered upon hire.
  • CNA or Medical Assistant certification preferred, or experience as a Med Tech.
  • At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or equivalent, and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of client-centered treatment principles, medications, and interventions, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
