Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager - Procurement to join our team at Campbell Soup Company. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our capabilities through data science and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an advanced analytics program to enhance procurement operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve decision-making speed.
  • Align procurement risk management strategies with business objectives, incorporating predictive analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Communicate data insights clearly to the Senior Leadership Team and engage with procurement teams to understand their needs and support them with data-driven solutions.
  • Adopt and integrate AI and generative AI technologies to automate procurement processes, enhance decision-making, and identify innovative sourcing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with IT and business partners to implement data-driven solutions for cost reduction and quality improvement.
  • Identify revenue enhancement opportunities through data and forensic analytics, working closely with sales, marketing, and finance to align procurement strategies.
  • Champion continuous improvement and professional development within the team, keeping up with industry trends and new technologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration, providing leadership and direction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required and 6+ years' experience in open source programming languages for large-scale data analysis, or Master's degree and 4+ years' experience, or PhD and 2+ years' experience.
  • Experience with econometric modeling, regression analytics, or machine learning.
  • Experience working with relational databases.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,900-$163,700, depending on work location and additional factors. Our total rewards package includes health, dental, 401k, and wellness benefits, starting on the first day of employment.
