Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from pre-construction to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Requirements
  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Preference for healthcare and/or pharmaceutical project experience
