Job Title: Assistant/Associate Professor of Management

Rutgers University-Camden School of Business (RSBC) is seeking a tenure-track/tenured faculty position in Management at the Assistant or Associate Professor level starting in Fall 2025.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with a PhD in Business Administration (Operations/Supply Chain Management) or a closely related field. Emphasis on information systems and/or analytics will be a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to have demonstrated potential to become an outstanding scholar and to lead and sustain an ambitious research program suitable for tenure at a research university.

Responsibilities:
  • Publishing in scholarly journals within the field of operations management, supply chain management, or related fields
  • Teaching courses in operations management, supply chain management, and management science at the undergraduate and graduate levels
  • Service to the university and academic and external community
Requirements:
  • PhD in Business Administration (Operations/Supply Chain Management) or a closely related field
  • Emphasis on information systems and/or analytics will be a plus
