Reception Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Representative to join our team at the NJ PAIN & INJURY CENTER. As the primary point of contact for clients, this individual will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Greeting and Check-in: Welcoming clients as they arrive and ensuring a positive experience.
- Scheduling and Communication: Scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to client inquiries.
- Paperwork and Record-Keeping: Assisting clients with necessary paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Customer Support: Providing empathetic and attentive support to clients throughout their services.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience and Education: Previous experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong communication, computer, and scheduling skills are essential.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingualism, specifically Spanish speaking, is a must for this position.
- Work Ethic and Attitude: Demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
