Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Sales Associates to enhance sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to represent our brand.
- Maintain effective communication with the Territory Sales Supervisor regarding store performance and needs.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with the Scouting Program is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and understand Profit & Loss Statements.
- Strong ethical standards and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
