Your Contribution

We are actively in search of a professional to:

  • Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system malfunctions using established protocols.
  • Service and repair designated equipment to meet Canon standards and specifications.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding and proficiency of various product groups, including basic troubleshooting and diagnostics.
  • Meet and surpass customer expectations by delivering efficient, responsive, and precise Field/Shop/on-site maintenance.
  • Accurately maintain all technical documentation, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
  • Oversee all technical information and Canon property assigned while guiding less experienced technicians.
  • Provide solutions for escalated technical and/or customer service-related issues for any requested territory.

About You: Skills & Qualifications

Please note: this is a customer-facing role and requires adherence to customer policies and protocols, which may include COVID-19 vaccination and other related measures.

We are seeking a committed individual with:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • A foundational understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the 120-day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire training.
  • The ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required).
  • The capability to work in a 24/7 environment, including shift work and on-call rotations.
  • A commitment to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to access their premises.
  • The physical ability to lift 50 pounds and remain active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
