Job Overview

The Practice Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact between the practice's operations and clinical teams and the insurance, revenue cycle management, and practice training groups within Affordable Care. This role will facilitate seamless communication and ensure that all initiatives, billing, accounts receivable, and insurance-related activities are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to identify key messages that require distribution to the clinics.
  • Develop and maintain regular newsletters to keep clinics informed.
  • Represent the practice's voice in departmental meetings and provide valuable insights.
  • Identify recurring topics and incorporate them into the newsletters to ensure clinics stay informed.
  • Facilitate credentialing requests, training needs, and other essential information from the practices.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a communications role.
  • A solid understanding of the US healthcare system, with dental experience being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with practices, operations, and clinical leadership.
  • A proactive nature in assembling key messages for distribution.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
