Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the investment strategy authority and product advocate for Thornburg's offerings.
- Serve as the primary external representative and champion for relevant strategies, acting as a liaison for Portfolio Managers regarding client engagement and marketing efforts.
- Maintain close integration with the investment team, staying informed about holdings and portfolio-level specifics.
- Lead initiatives in new business development across various sales channels.
- Collaborate with sales, consultant relations, client service, and other internal teams to communicate pertinent information about equity investment strategies, including performance reviews, portfolio composition, and investment rationale.
Essential Duties:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of current investment markets, economic factors, manager selection, and portfolio construction within the equity domain.
- Act as an expert on Thornburg's equity portfolios, effectively positioning the firm's strategies for success among institutional and retail investors.
- Partner with investment teams to create and disseminate research and white papers that showcase Thornburg's thought leadership and innovation.
- Develop the overall product strategy, roadmap, pricing, and commercialization plan for the equity suite, ensuring clear feature vision and messaging.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create timely themes that enhance awareness and engagement with equity strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to investment consultants, clients, and prospective investors.
- Oversee the periodic review and update of marketing materials and client reporting documents.
- Generate written market commentary for distribution to prospects, clients, and consultants as necessary.
- Represent Thornburg at relevant conference speaking engagements.

Qualifications:
- MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
