Job Title: Behavior Management Specialist

Presbyterian Medical Services (PMS) is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our behavioral health services, you will provide essential support to emotionally disturbed children and adolescents, and their families, to improve their quality of life and maintain their ability to function within the community.

Responsibilities:
  • Under supervision, provide behavior management services to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral management plans to address specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including family members, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to families and caregivers on behavioral management techniques and strategies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.
