- Possess excellent communication abilities, product knowledge, and a passion for the powersports sector.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks.
- Exhibit a highly motivated and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- Showcase punctuality, reliability, and accountability.
- Retail customer service experience is preferred.
- Personal or professional familiarity with motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or Watercraft is advantageous.
- Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Experience with Lightspeed software is a plus.
