Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Wisconsin Brew Pub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high food quality, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • At least three years of front-of-the-house leadership and/or general management experience.
  • Basic financial and P&L knowledge.
  • High-volume experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sports knowledge.
  • Bi-lingual.
  • Understanding of culinary operations.
Work Environment

This restaurant operates 10-14 meal periods per week. Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.
