Wilderness Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by mixing and serving drinks, taking food orders, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, following standard recipes.
• Collect money for drinks served and balance cash receipts.
• Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays.
• Take food orders from guests and serve snacks or food items to customers seated at the bar.
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Clean glasses, utensils, and the bar and bar equipment, work areas, and tables.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of mixology and ability to follow standard recipes.
• Basic math skills and ability to balance cash receipts.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
