Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of portfolio managers to provide excellent client service and ensure safety and soundness of the bank.
  • Develop and implement credit risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address credit risk issues and develop solutions to improve portfolio performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in credit risk management and portfolio management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Comprehensive credit knowledge and experience in asset-based lending.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • 10+ years of banking experience, with a focus on credit risk management and portfolio management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with an MBA preferred.
